This years fire cider?!
The usual everything that makes a fire cider a fire cider and will help your immune system respond to germs unfamiliar to your ecosystem.
This year’s winter tonic additions include nettle (whole body tonic,) nettle seed (adrenal tonic,) clover (blood mover,) wild lettuce (pain reliever and relieves restlessness,) borage (adrenal restoration,) schizandra berry (adaptogenic tonic,) hawthorn (circulatory tonic,) lemon verbena (carminative,) and tulsi (whole body support,) and a couple kitchen herbs I can never leave out; sage (anti-inflammatory,) and thyme (anti-bacterial/anti-spasmodic)
Ingredients: onion, garlic, horseradish, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cayenne pepper, wild lettuce, clover, nettle, nettle seed, borage, schizandra berry, hawthorn leaf and berry, thyme, sage, lemon verbena, tulsi, raw honey, bee pollen, and apple cider vinegar.
1 tablespoon daily (or at the first sign of a cold), straight up.
Also a great addition to warm drinks, salads and marinades.
